Delete your account

Your account. Your choice.

Delete in the app

Open your profile, choose Delete account, verify your identity, and confirm. You do not need to contact support to use this option.

When your request is accepted, account access and friend-photo access stop. Cleanup then runs automatically on our servers; you can close the app. Deletion is permanent. Export any photos you want to keep before confirming.

Can’t access the app?

Request deletion by emailing support@quicksolvellc.com. Include your Rollcall username and whether you sign in with phone, Apple, or Google. We will verify ownership before deleting anything.

Request account deletion

Opening the email link does not submit a request. Send the email from your mail app. Never send a password, SMS verification code, or photos as proof of identity.

What gets removed

Deletion removes your Firebase sign-in account, profile and username reservation, photos and saved archive revisions, roll and frame records, friendships, blocks, and notification registrations. Other users’ photos and the shared Rollcall event schedule are not deleted.

Server cleanup normally starts within a few minutes and retries if a service is unavailable. This is not an instant erasure guarantee. Contact support if you need confirmation that cleanup is complete. Copies you exported or someone captured outside Rollcall are outside our control.

Limited records we retain

We retain a minimal deletion record with an account identifier, request time, and completion status to prevent deleted data from returning and to track the request. Security, legal, or copyright correspondence may be retained only where needed for those purposes. These records do not preserve your photo library. See our Privacy Policy.

Signing out or uninstalling Rollcall alone does not request account deletion.
