About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Rollcall, its website, and related services provided by QuickSolve LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Rollcall, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Rollcall sends photo prompts throughout the week and organizes your responses into weekly rolls you can view with accepted friends. It is not an emergency or safety-monitoring service.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are under 18 or the age of legal adulthood where you live, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Rollcall.
Provide accurate account information and use only a phone number or sign-in identity you are authorized to use. Keep verification codes private, do not share access to your account, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize. We may restrict accounts that do not meet these requirements.
Carrier charges for verification messages or mobile data may apply. Rollcall does not guarantee that sign-in messages or notifications will reach every device.
Photo prompts and missed moments
The beta schedules 24 Rollcall events per week, with two-minute capture windows. Schedules use timezone cohorts, normally between 8 am and 11 pm in the assigned timezone. Your cohort stays fixed for the week; travel may therefore cause prompts outside those hours in your new location until the next week. Device settings, connectivity, or service interruptions can delay or prevent notification delivery.
The server determines event availability. An on-time capture may finish uploading later, but a notification arriving late does not extend the capture window. Missed or removed photos remain black slots so weekly rolls stay aligned. Friends in different timezone cohorts may capture at different times; matching weekly slots does not mean every photo was taken simultaneously.
Take photos only when safe and permitted. A prompt is never a reason to use your phone while driving, enter a restricted area, or photograph someone against their wishes.
Your content and our permission to use it
You keep ownership of your photos, captions, and other content. You give QuickSolve LLC a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, process, resize, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support Rollcall, including delivery to accepted friends. We may use service providers for those purposes. This permission does not authorize use of your private photos in advertising.
Only submit content you own or have permission to share. You are responsible for respecting copyright, privacy, publicity, and other rights, including those of people shown in your photos.
The permission ends when content is removed from our systems, except for limited retention permitted by law and described in the Privacy Policy. Retained copies remain subject to those limits and are not made available to friends after access is revoked.
Friends and visibility
Accepted friends can see photos in all your past and future Rollcalls. The current friend-photo interface does not share captions or location labels. Accept invitations only from people you want to share with. A friend request alone does not grant access.
Removing or blocking a friend stops their subsequent authorized access. Friends may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or publish another person’s photos without permission. Access controls cannot prevent every screenshot, screen recording, or photograph of a screen, so share thoughtfully.
Acceptable use and reports
Do not use Rollcall for unlawful activity, harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, impersonation, fraud, nonconsensual intimate imagery, or infringement of another person’s rights. Sexual content involving minors is prohibited. Do not expose someone’s private information, send abusive invitations, or evade a block.
Do not bypass authentication, capture deadlines, rate limits, or access restrictions; interfere with the service; introduce malicious code; or collect other users’ data without authorization. Do not reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits it.
Report abuse through an available in-app reporting control or support@quicksolvellc.com. Identify the account or content and explain the concern; do not send verification codes or unnecessary sensitive material. We may investigate reports and restrict or remove content or accounts to protect users or comply with law. We do not promise to review every photo before it is shared.

QuickSolve LLC responds to copyright notices concerning Rollcall and rollcall.camera under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Reporting copyright infringement
If you own a copyright or are authorized to act for its owner, send our agent a written notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if the notice concerns multiple works on a single site.
- Identification of the material you want removed or access disabled, with enough information for us to locate it. For private Rollcalls, include the relevant username, week, event or frame details, and any available link or screenshot.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
We act expeditiously on valid notices and take reasonable steps to notify the person who posted material when we remove or disable it. We may provide them a copy of the notice, including contact information. Do not include unrelated sensitive information or login codes.
Counter-notifications
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send our agent a written counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that removal or disabling resulted from mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number; a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where QuickSolve LLC may be found); and a statement that you accept service of process from the original notice sender or their agent.
We will forward a valid counter-notification to the original notice sender. Under the DMCA process, we restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification unless our agent first receives notice that the claimant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement. Separate restrictions under these terms may still apply.
Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notification may result in liability under applicable law. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in copyright reports. For non-copyright concerns, contact support.
The app and third-party services
QuickSolve LLC and its licensors own Rollcall’s software, branding, and interface, excluding user-owned and third-party content. You may use the service for lawful personal purposes under these terms. No ownership of the app or its branding transfers to you.
Apple’s applicable App Store license terms, including the Standard End User License Agreement where applicable, govern the app license. TestFlight use is also subject to Apple’s TestFlight terms. These terms do not replace those agreements. QuickSolve LLC, not Apple, operates Rollcall and handles Rollcall support.
Links to other services are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
Removing content and ending use
You can stop using Rollcall at any time. Removing a photo leaves its event slot black instead of changing the order of everyone’s roll. Removing content from view does not necessarily delete every retained backup immediately. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete server data.
For account deletion, data removal, or export requests, contact support@quicksolvellc.com. You can also initiate permanent account deletion in your profile after verifying your identity. Access is revoked when the request is accepted; automated cleanup continues on our servers. See Delete account for the process and support alternative. We will review and respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address a material violation, security risk, unlawful conduct, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the action and provide a way to contact support about a mistake. Urgent safety or legal concerns may require action without advance notice.
Availability and responsibility
Rollcall is a beta and may change, contain errors, or be interrupted. Keep your own copies of photos you cannot afford to lose. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, successful notification delivery, complete uploads, or another user’s conduct.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. To the extent permitted by law, QuickSolve LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Mandatory protections in your country or state continue to apply.
Changes and resolving concerns
We may update these terms as Rollcall changes. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice or request agreement when required for material changes. Updates do not remove rights that already apply to you under mandatory law.
Contact support first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not require you to delay a legal claim or prevent you from contacting a regulator. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action or jury-trial rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Ownership, limited retention permissions, and provisions that by their nature apply after use ends survive only to the extent necessary and permitted by law.
